1. Operation and Maintenance Contracts (O&M)

Aquasys has been providing water and wastewater treatment plant solutions and maintenance services to industrial, commercial and residential end users. Our specialized team of engineers and technicians are capable of handling the day-to-day operation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and handling of special problems of water and wastewater treatment plants for our industrial and municipal clients.
We are fully committed to create healthy, safe, supportive environments for all the plants we have been supporting with. All our staff works with the high professional and ethical standards to meet the company’s Environmental Health and Safety program that we have in place.

Following activities are carried out during plant operation and maintenance:

• Deployment of qualified and skilled personnel.
• Monitoring & controlling various process parameters ensuring quality of product water.
• Optimization of processes, chemical doses, energy consumption process operation sequence in most economical way.
• Procurement and supply of material & its inventory viz. consumables, spares, replacement of equipments.
• Repairs & Maintenance.
• Augmentation of existing plants to meet latest standards.

2. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
 
The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) takes care of preventive maintenance. The AMC ensures longevity of Components, trouble-free operations and lower downtime. Services include scheduled inspection & scheduled maintenance of the plant.

Following activities are carried out during plant AMC

• Up-keeping of plant
• Housekeeping around the area
• Responsible for Process Maintenance:
• Operate & maintain the treatment plants as per the defined Standard.
• Responsible for maintaining final quality of treated effluent well within Pollution Control Board (PCB) Standards subject to no change in design parameters via: no increase in flow rate or change in effluent quality should happen.
• Monthly once up-dating the ETP performance status.
• Submission of treated effluent samples once in a month for testing and maintaining proper out ward register dully signed by Concern Industry including proper code/labeling of samples.
• Maintaining relevant log sheets and Maintenance schedule records
• Responsible for preventive maintenance including oiling, greasing, etc. (major breakdowns will be client scope or reimbursed).
• Responsible for inventory planning of spares of all installed equipments.

This Service package ensures efficient performance of the Plant.

The package covers

• Scheduled Inspection,
• Scheduled maintenance,
• Service visits
• Laboratory services.

4. Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT)

A BOOT funding model involves a single organization, or consortium (BOOT provider) designing, building, funding, owning and operating the scheme for a defined period of time and then transferring this ownership across to an agreed party.
Customers enter into long term supply contracts with the BOOT operator and are charged accordingly for the service delivered. The service charge includes capital and operating cost recovery and project profit.

5. Water Analysis/Audit  

Water Analysis study is a qualitative and quantitative analysis of water consumption to identify means of reuse and recycling of water. It also enhances the efficiency of the complete water circuit. This study includes segregation of effluent streams and schemes for effectively treating them. Water Analysis encourages social responsibility by identifying wasteful use, enables estimation of the saving potential. They not only promote water conservation but also deliver cost savings & help companies safeguard public health and property.

6. Efficient Designing & 3D Modeling

Each project is designed to fulfill specified requirements with long term high performance, operating economy with the emphasis on high quality engineering.
We, at Aquasys undertake complete designing and 3D modeling of our range of equipment and plants in our unit with the assistance of our qualified technicians.

7. Engineering & Contracting Services for water and waste water treatments

Aquasys India offer engineering and contracting services in the field of water and wastewater treatment systems. Contract responsibilities include process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil engineering for water and waste water treatment projects.
